The condo is all on one level, with the great room facing Ajax s jaw-dropping views and the Telluride Valley s end to the east. The kitchen has updated stainless appliances. There is plenty of room for the whole family to gather in the main living room. The fireplace adds a nice touch of coziness. The master suite has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. Within 60 days of arrival: We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount.
Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts: The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs.
