Description

Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for two families. Beautiful five-bedroom home with 4.5 bathrooms. Three Cal-King masters with en-suites. Two children s rooms with full-over-full bunk beds share the hallway bathroom. Two masters and one of the children s rooms are on the main floor, with the remaining masters and children s rooms upstairs. All Bedrooms have 43-inch LCD TVs. The home has two sleeper sofas: one at the top of the stairs and the other in the entryway.

The kitchen is highly upgraded with beautiful custom cabinetry and countertops, upgraded hardware, and stainless-steel appliances: a stove, built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A partially open-concept kitchen leads to the dining room and living room. The Main Living Room has a 60 LCD TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player. The house has 200 mg high-speed wireless internet. The home has central air and heat. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

The game room is located in the garage right off the living room. It has Ping-Pong, a billiards table, and toys. Strollers, a high chair, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. Also located in the garage is a full-size washer and dryer.

Located off of the dining room, through French doors, is the rear yard, which has a beautiful pool with an in-ground Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.

This house SLEEPS 13 in beds, and MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined)
Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102
All major credit cards are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Introducing an exclusive pre-arrival grocery stocking/delivery service designed to eliminate any need for chores during your stay. Enjoy the convenience and luxury of having fresh, high-quality products delivered directly to your rental before you even arrive - beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Items are even appropriately put away in the home refrigerator cabinets, and photos are sent to you at delivery. They even offer e-bikes and other services.

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras, and there are NO inside cameras.

All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that we feel is fraudulent or being made under false pretenses, that is priced in error or for purposes that would violate city/state, or federal law.
