Come stay at our newly renovated single-story home! This spacious property features four California king bedrooms and a queen bedroom, along with four full bathrooms. Two of the cal-king bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the other bedrooms share two hallway bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for four. The open-concept dining room and step-down family room offer great space for entertaining. Additionally, the home includes a Laundry Room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as smart 55+ TVs in all rooms. Outside, you ll find a beautiful in-ground pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by a scored concrete deck. There s also a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area with a grill and sink.
Please take note of the following details:
- We provide a pack n play, a regular stroller, a double stroller, and a highchair with a booster seat for infants and toddlers.
- The family room is equipped with a 75 TV with a DVD player, and high-speed wireless internet.
- The home has central heating and air conditioning.
- The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
- Additionally, we have a game room with a full-size pool table and ping pong table.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
