This single-story home boasts two Cal-King master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are two more Cal-King Bedrooms and one queen bedroom, all with access to a hallway bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a 47 LCD TV. The bathrooms feature upgraded tile floors and quartz countertops, and the entire home is adorned with beautiful LVP floors.
The spacious open-concept main living room leads to a beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room offers seating for 10, with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The main living and dining rooms have 75 TVs, while the other bedrooms feature 65 TVs. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is also provided.
The garage has a full-size washer and dryer and a full-size pool table. The house also has central air and heat. The couches are pullout queen sleeper sofas. The home has a patio and outdoor seating with a grill. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
