This home in one of the best locations in PGA West, elevated overlooking the 6th tee box and fairway, opposite side of the cart path.
The master bedrooms has a king sized bed, a large over-sized tub, and walk in shower and doors that lead directly to the pool and spa. A second bedroom includes an in suite bath and walk in closet. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed with large full sized bed on the bottom, and twin bed on the top, plus a queen bed, this room can comfortably sleep 4-6 children. The 4th bedroom is a casita.

3-Amazing! Sunnylands Center & Gardens first opened to the public in March 2012. Upon entering the 15-acre site, a winding driveway takes visitors through a desert art garden to the glass facade of Sunnylands Center. The spacious, contemporary building houses a rotating art exhibition, cafe, gift shop, and multimedia offerings that detail the history of Sunnylands and its founders, Walter and Leonore Annenberg.

Our number one goal is that you have a great time! PGA West is one of the last nice gated communities in the Desert that allows rentals of less than 30 days. Let's keep it that way
By HOA rule, noise from inside the home can not be heard by the neighbors before 1 pm or after 10 pm or it will also be subject to a fine. Between 1 pm and 10 pm, noise needs to remain at a reasonable level that doesn't disturb the neighbors.
Take a walk to Wallaby's- Take in panoramic desert vistas and soak up the spirit of Australia in the Greg Norman Clubhouse at PGA WEST. Enjoy fresh salads, sandwiches and light fare in the relaxed dining room – or out on the patio with the fire pit.
We encourage guests to be conscious of energy use but have a good time! Please turn spa and pool heater off when not in use and save energy.
The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through the end of May the charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Spa only heating is $40/day if prepaid for the entire stay and $70/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's and spas as high as they like. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter.
No sounds outside above a whisper after 10pm in PGA West.
We work with the top 3 pool cleaners in the desert, despite that, the desert can have high winds that can turn a perfectly clean pool into a dirty pool in 10 minutes or less. Please report and we will send a pool cleaner as soon as possible. We also try to keep pool skimmers on site at all of our homes. There is the possibility of boatman bugs in the desert, they are completely harmless but can fall from the sky, generally there's a chance for them in August and September, while they can be killed and removed when they are falling from the sky, they will return minutes after treating. There can be sand storms in the desert. While we can promise a pool cleaner will clean the pool 2-3 times per week, we cannot control acts of god, nor are they grounds for cancellation.

Pool heaters efficiently heat the spa or pool, it's advised to heat the spa to desired then heat the pool, one can then generally set for spa to overflow into pool to help keep temperature. If you are not sure what you are doing, don't just hit buttons, please message us.

Pool decks can be slippery when wet. Guests should exercise caution so they do not slip and fall.
Please follow the city and HOA rules
• 2 violations = suspension of STVR license
• Immediate 90-day suspension for non-responsive owner/host
• STVR rules apply regardless if unit is rented (applicable to owner or guest of owner)
• Fines will be double
• No sound amplification permitted outside
• Noise limits
• Suspensions to take place after current occupant vacates premise unless egregious offense in which suspension will be immediate – (simple administrative appeal process) **
*To be clear, HOA fines typically start at $750, plus take us hours to deal with so the min fine will be $1,000, with this order if you have outside music the city will also fine so the fines will start above $1,000, plus if an owner loses their permit that costs many times that amount so any outside music fines will likely be above $2,000, don't play music outside.

In addition to the stated cancellation policy, any credit/debit card processing fees will be deducted from the cancellation refund if a credit/debit card is used, generally around 3%.
Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No Cats Allowed.
Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500
If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come.
These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund.
We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist.
When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long
Cancellation policy and procedures
Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancelations at least 90 days in advance. 50% refund for cancellations at least 60 days in advance. If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 60 days to arrival.
Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.
Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.
For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered, you will likely not get any refund.
To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel your reservation by sending us an email, or a text message. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.
The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.
Example request.
"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.
Thanks."
We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.
No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.

Beginning Nov.13, nine pools will be heated to 82 degrees between the hours of 9a.m. and 5 p.m. The Heated spas will be those located at the 9 heated pool. The spas will be heated to 101 degrees from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
