Only 3 miles to Stateline, 5.5 miles to heavenly, one mile to Zephyr Cove beach day use area, across from Zephyr Point, and 21 miles from Incline Village this location is central to everything. This unit is located right off the 395, there can be some road noise.
This Studio unit comes with one reserved parking space, with the ability to have additional spaces upon request. High speed WiFi, fully furnished, just bring your close and enjoy one of the most beautiful lake/mountain areas in the world! Located conveniently right off Highway 50 resulting in some road noise, please make right turns only when exiting and exercise caution when turning onto highway 50.
In Tahoe, there is a possibility of hazardous road conditions in the winter and air quality issues in the summer due to fires, if either of these are a concern for you please obtain travel insurance.
