THE SPACE

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Industrial Loft is located on the 2nd floor of RiNo Art Lofts in the heart of the River North Art District. With exposed brick, high ceilings, and a private deck, it s an easy home base for exploring RiNo. The building is LEED Platinum certified and designed with energy efficiency and sustainable materials.

Street parking is available only and is free, though it can be competitive during evenings, weekends, and event nights. There is no garage or reserved parking.

Is this loft dog-friendly?

Yes. Up to two dogs are welcome with a $75 one-time pet fee. Please notify us in advance. Cats are not permitted.

How far is Mission Ballroom?

Mission Ballroom is approximately a 5-minute walk.

How far is Denver Central Market?

About a 3-minute walk.

Is the RiNo neighborhood safe?

RiNo is a lively, walkable neighborhood. Like any city area, we recommend standard awareness, especially at night. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Can I walk to breweries?

Absolutely. More than 20 breweries are within walking distance, including Ratio Beerworks, Great Divide, Our Mutual Friend, Epic Brewing, Bierstadt, and more.

How do I get from DIA to RiNo?

Take the A-Line train from Denver International Airport to 38th Blake Station, then walk about six minutes to the loft.

How do I get to Red Rocks from RiNo?

Red Rocks Amphitheatre is approximately 25 30 minutes by car. Rideshare is recommended on concert nights.

What amenities does this loft include?

Is grocery delivery available?

Yes. Grocery delivery services are available nearby.

Is the sleeper sofa functional?

No. The sleeper sofa is not functional and should not be pulled out.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Parking: The property does not have a designated parking lot. Street parking is the only available option.
• Check-out: Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
• Early check-in: Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag drop-off (if early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 PM MST but is subject to approval.
• Late check-out: Late check-out may be available upon request. Please note that requests made on the day of departure are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Fees may apply based on availability and departure time.
• Packages mail: Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.
• Occupancy: An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
